E-commerce Websites & Platforms

A successful online store is far more than an attractive shop window. We build the commercial engine behind it — from product page to checkout, stock to shipping, invoicing to customer communication — and design your store around today's volumes and tomorrow's growth.

End-to-end integrationPayments, shipping, marketplaces, ERP and invoicing in a single flow.
Built to convertEvery step from product page to checkout is designed to sell.
Compliance-readyConsumer rights, GDPR and pricing rules are covered from the start.
Overview

Fast, secure and compliant online stores, integrated with payments, shipping, marketplaces, ERP and invoicing, and built to scale as you grow.

In e-commerce, what turns a visitor into a customer is usually the detail: the quality of the product imagery, whether the filters actually help, when the delivery cost appears, how many fields the checkout asks for. So we start by studying how people buy in your category, how your catalogue is structured and what your competitors are doing, then design every page to shorten the path to purchase.

Behind the storefront you need infrastructure that carries the operational load. Stock should sync with marketplaces and your ERP in real time, orders should flow to your carriers automatically and nobody should be typing up invoices by hand. We connect payments, shipping, accounting and marketplaces so your team can stop doing repetitive work and focus on selling.

We choose the platform to suit your business. For brands that want to launch quickly with minimal maintenance, we recommend proven platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce. For trade pricing, multi-warehouse stock or complex business rules, we recommend headless or custom-built commerce. We make that decision with you, with ongoing costs and scaling limits on the table.

If you sell across borders, we plan multilingual and multi-currency catalogues, local payment methods, customs and international shipping, and the consumer and product-safety rules of each target market from day one. That means your store won't need rebuilding when you expand into new countries.

Why it matters

Sound familiar? You are in the right place.

Our E-commerce service is designed to solve the problems businesses run into most often.

01

Plenty of add-to-carts, too few orders

Surprise delivery costs, forced account creation, long forms and a checkout that doesn't inspire confidence are the most common reasons carts are abandoned. Every abandoned cart is a paid click that went to waste.

02

Stock and orders are managed by hand

When marketplaces, ERP and the store are updated separately, stock errors, cancelled orders and late invoices are inevitable. As you grow, that workload pulls your team away from selling.

03

The site slows down as the catalogue grows

Thousands of products, weak filtering and poor search mean customers leave before they find what they came for. Slow category pages also lose ground in organic search and ad quality.

04

Compliance risks slip through

Missing pre-contract information, discount claims that break pricing rules or marketing emails sent without valid consent can lead to regulatory fines and customer complaints.

Scope

What's included?

The items below can be combined or booked separately, depending on what you need. Your proposal lists exactly which ones are included.

01

Platform choice and architecture

We assess your catalogue size, order volumes, sales channels and team to recommend the right platform and hosting set-up, presenting the choice with its ongoing costs and our reasoning.

02

Catalogue and product pages

Variants, sizes, colours, specifications and imagery are presented in a way that makes the buying decision easier. Product pages load fast and carry structured data for search engines.

03

Search and filtering

Typo-tolerant search, meaningful filters and autocomplete get customers to the right product in a few clicks. Reports on zero-result searches reveal gaps in your catalogue.

04

Basket and checkout

Guest checkout, address autocomplete, clear delivery information and a single-page checkout keep steps to a minimum. Strong Customer Authentication, digital wallets and buy-now-pay-later options work securely without adding friction.

05

Payment services

We set up payment gateways and international providers and configure fees, currencies and refunds correctly. Card data is never stored on your site; it is processed in the provider's PCI DSS-certified environment.

06

Shipping and fulfilment

We automate label creation, tracking notifications and returns with your carriers. Delivery rules by weight, zone and basket value can be managed from the admin.

07

Marketplaces and multichannel

Products, prices, stock and orders stay in sync with marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Google Merchant Center and Meta catalogues are fed automatically, so your ads always show current product data.

08

ERP, accounting and e-invoicing

Orders flow into your accounting or ERP system and invoices are generated automatically, including e-invoicing formats where your market requires them. Nobody copies orders across by hand.

09

Promotions, loyalty and CRM

We build coupons, basket discounts, loyalty points and gift cards. Abandoned-cart reminders and personalised emails are sent only in line with each customer's consent preferences.

E-commerce

The rules of the markets you sell into

Before a store goes live, we build it to meet its legal obligations at a technical level. We recommend finalising the legal wording with your adviser.

01

Consumer rights and cancellation

Pre-contract information and terms are accepted at checkout and sent with the order confirmation. In the EU and UK, customers have a 14-day right to cancel most online purchases; returns are tracked in the admin.

02

Price reduction rules

Under EU price-indication rules, a discount must be shown against the lowest price charged in the previous 30 days. We store price history and display reduction labels on that basis.

03

VAT for cross-border sales

For B2C sales into other EU countries, prices, invoices and VAT reporting can be configured for the One-Stop Shop scheme, with local VAT rates applied automatically at checkout.

04

Product safety (GPSR)

Since December 2024, the EU General Product Safety Regulation requires specific product and manufacturer information in online listings. We add the fields and display them on product pages.

05

Accessibility

The European Accessibility Act has applied to e-commerce services since June 2025. We design and build stores to WCAG 2.2 AA so they are usable by everyone.

06

Privacy and consent

Account and checkout forms keep privacy notices and marketing consent separate. Email and SMS permissions are recorded under GDPR and ePrivacy rules, and analytics only run with consent.

Metrics and standards

What do we measure?

We judge success by metrics we agree on at the start, not by gut feeling. They form the basis of our reports and every improvement decision.

01

Conversion rate

The share of sessions that end in an order, tracked separately by device and channel.

02

Cart abandonment

How many shoppers add to basket without completing checkout, and at which step they drop out.

03

Average order value

Average spend per order, showing the effect of promotions, cross-selling and free-delivery thresholds.

04

Payment success rate

The share of initiated payments that are authorised, analysed by provider and payment method.

05

Page speed

Core Web Vitals for category and product pages, monitored with real-user data, especially on mobile.

06

Search success

How often on-site search is used and the share of searches returning no results — a direct pointer to catalogue and filter gaps.

07

Repeat purchase rate

The share of customers who order again within a given period, measuring the impact of loyalty and CRM work.

08

Revenue by channel

How revenue splits across the store, marketplaces, advertising and email — the basis for budget decisions.

Questions about E-commerce

A store on a hosted platform with core integrations usually goes live in six to ten weeks. Multichannel builds with marketplace, ERP and invoicing integrations take ten to sixteen weeks, and custom or B2B platforms longer, depending on scope. Your proposal includes a week-by-week plan.

It depends on your catalogue size, order volumes, sales channels and your team's technical comfort. We recommend hosted platforms if you want to launch fast with light maintenance, and headless or custom commerce for trade pricing, multiple warehouses or complex rules. We present the options side by side, including ongoing costs.

Yes. We migrate products, variants, images, customer records and order history, and redirect old product and category URLs to their new equivalents to protect your search rankings.

Yes. Products, prices, stock and orders sync automatically, and you can set channel-specific pricing and fee rules. When an item sells on one channel, its stock drops everywhere else immediately.

We work with providers such as Stripe, Adyen, PayPal and Klarna, as well as bank gateways and digital wallets. We choose with you based on fees, the payment methods your customers expect and your target markets. Card data is never stored on your site.

We take care of the technical side: displaying the texts in the right place, capturing acceptance and sending them to the customer. We recommend tailoring the legal wording with your adviser, and we can provide a structural draft if helpful.

Yes. We can set up multilingual, multi-currency catalogues, local payment methods, customs and international shipping. Market-specific rules such as consumer rights, VAT and product safety are part of the plan from the start.

Yes. We build B2B set-ups with customer-specific price lists, discount rules, account and credit-limit tracking, approval-based ordering and quick bulk-order screens. Retail and trade sales can run on the same platform.

Yes. Through our Google Ads, Meta advertising, SEO, email marketing and conversion optimisation services, we continue to grow the store. Having the same team that built the platform manage growth keeps tracking and campaigns consistent.

Orders from every channel arrive in one admin, stock decreases automatically with each sale and you are alerted when items run low. If you use an ERP, stock and order data sync in both directions.

Let's build your next project together. We don't publish prices on our website. We listen to what you need first, then start preparing a written proposal with scope, deliverables and timeline within one business day.
