Corporate Web Design
Your website is usually the first conversation a prospective client has with your company, and much of their decision is made before they ever pick up the phone. We design corporate websites without templates: every screen is built around your positioning, your buyers' questions and the commercial goals the site has to deliver.
Bespoke, fast and accessible corporate websites that explain who you are in seconds and are designed, page by page, to turn visitors into enquiries.
A good corporate website does more than look polished. It tells visitors who you are within seconds, gets them to the information they came for by the shortest route, earns their trust and makes the next step — requesting a proposal, booking a call, getting in touch — feel obvious. That is why we never start with colours and typefaces. We start with your objectives, your audiences, your competitors and what your current analytics are telling us.
From information architecture and user journeys to wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces, the whole process runs on a clickable prototype that we review with you at every stage. Each screen is signed off with your team, and the result is a design system that behaves consistently on desktop, tablet and mobile and is ready for development.
Search visibility, page speed, accessibility and privacy are not extras we bolt on at the end; they shape the design from the first sketch. That way there are no late surprises along the lines of “it looks great but it's slow” or “it's beautiful but nobody can find it on Google”.
For companies selling across borders, we build multilingual structure, market-specific expectations and international accessibility and privacy rules into the design from day one. And you are not tied to us for the build: our handover files are precise enough for any competent development team to implement in full.
Sound familiar? You are in the right place.
Our Web Design service is designed to solve the problems businesses run into most often.
Your site looks like a template
A website built on the same theme as your competitors cannot show what makes you different. When buyers can't tell suppliers apart, they decide on price alone.
Plenty of traffic, very few enquiries
Vague messaging, buried calls to action and long forms stop visitors from becoming leads. That is exactly where your advertising and SEO budget leaks away.
Frustrating on mobile
A large share of your visitors arrive on a phone. Desktop pages that have simply been shrunk are hard to read, hard to tap and quickly abandoned.
The website doesn't match the brand
When your pitch deck, brochure and website all look different, it undermines your credibility. Enterprise and international buyers notice the inconsistency straight away.
What's included?
The items below can be combined or booked separately, depending on what you need. Your proposal lists exactly which ones are included.
Discovery and positioning
Through stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis and your existing data, we define precisely what the website needs to achieve. Every design decision that follows is anchored to that shared objective.
Information architecture
We organise the page hierarchy, navigation and content priorities around the questions your buyers actually ask. Nobody should have to dig through three menus to find what they need.
Messaging and content structure
Every page gets one core message and one primary action. We plan the heading hierarchy, copy blocks and trust signals — certifications, process, documentation — alongside the layout.
Wireframes and user journeys
We agree on the placement of content and functionality before any visual design begins. The path from first landing to enquiry form becomes visible, including the points where people get stuck.
Interface design and visual language
We translate your corporate identity into a digital language of type, colour, imagery and iconography, delivering high-fidelity screens designed separately for desktop, tablet and mobile.
Design system
Every component, from buttons and forms to cards and tables, is documented with clear usage rules. As the site grows, new pages are produced faster, to the same standard and with complete consistency.
Motion and micro-interactions
Considered transitions, hover states and restrained animation give the site a premium feel. Every movement has a purpose and stays within the agreed performance budget.
Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA)
Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, focus states and screen-reader support are secured at design stage. An accessible site reaches more people and is ready for international regulation.
Performance- and SEO-led design
Image dimensions, font loading and page layout are planned against Core Web Vitals targets. A clear heading structure and content layout help search engines understand every page correctly.
Standards we build into every project
Core Web Vitals targets
We design to Google's “good” thresholds: main content visible within 2.5 seconds (LCP), responses to interaction within 200 milliseconds (INP) and no layout shift while the page loads (CLS below 0.1).
Accessibility
We aim for WCAG 2.2 AA. The European Accessibility Act, which has applied since June 2025, builds on WCAG criteria, so this preparation matters for any business selling to consumers in the EU.
Multilingual structure
Language switching, hreflang markup, differences in text length and, where needed, right-to-left scripts are designed in from the start. A German headline running longer than the English one won't break the layout.
Privacy and consent
Forms and cookie consent are designed to meet GDPR, UK GDPR and Google Consent Mode v2 requirements. Visitors can see exactly what they are agreeing to, and you don't have to give up measurement altogether.
Search foundations
A logical heading hierarchy, readable URLs, structured-data fields and one clear topic per page are all planned at design stage, so SEO doesn't have to start from zero after launch.
Editorial control
The areas your team will update most — news, people, careers, downloads — are designed as CMS-ready blocks, so you are not dependent on an agency for every small change.
Off-the-shelf theme or bespoke design?
To help you decide, we compared the options as objectively as we can. We agree on the right path for your project during the discovery call.
| Criterion | Off-the-shelf theme | Bespoke design |
|---|---|---|
| Originality | The same theme may run on thousands of sites | Designed for your brand alone |
| Brand fit | Your identity is squeezed into the theme's limits | The design starts from your identity |
| User journey | Limited to the layouts the theme provides | Built around your buyers' questions and your goals |
| Performance | Unused features and plugins add weight | Only the components you need, within a set performance budget |
| Time to start | Short | Longer, because of discovery and sign-off stages |
| Over time | Ongoing dependence on theme and plugin updates | Controlled, consistent growth through a design system |
How we work, step by step
Every stage ends with a tangible deliverable, and we only move on once you have approved it. Timelines are confirmed in your proposal.

What do we measure?
We judge success by metrics we agree on at the start, not by gut feeling. They form the basis of our reports and every improvement decision.
Conversion rate
The share of visitors completing key actions such as enquiry forms, calls or bookings, compared before and after launch using the same tracking set-up.
Core Web Vitals
LCP, INP and CLS, monitored with real-user data in Google Search Console.
Engagement quality
Scroll depth, time on page and how often key sections are seen — a direct read on whether the design decisions are working.
Accessibility compliance
Measured against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated tools and manual checks; any gaps are reported with the handover.

Questions about Web Design
For questions specific to your project, speak to one of our project consultants.
Get a quoteTypically six to ten weeks, depending on scope. A 10–15 page corporate site sits at the shorter end; multilingual or module-heavy builds need more discovery and sign-off. Your proposal includes a week-by-week schedule.
No. Every design is created from scratch for your brand. The only thing we reuse from project to project is our way of working and our quality checklists.
The number of revision rounds is set out in writing in your proposal. Because layouts are agreed together at wireframe and prototype stage, revisions to the visual design are usually fine-tuning rather than changes of direction.
Yes. We hand over Figma files, the design system, interaction notes and an accessibility checklist in a form any capable development team can implement in full. If you like, we can also support the build with design QA.
Content direction is part of the design work: we define each page's message, heading structure and the content it needs. Copywriting, translation, photography and video can be added to the scope, or we can adapt your existing material to the design.
Yes. If you have guidelines, we follow them and fill in what's missing for digital — screen colours, type scales, iconography and motion. If you don't, we create digital usage rules alongside the design.
Directly. Heading hierarchy, content layout, image sizes, page speed and mobile usability all influence search performance. Because we plan for them at design stage, there is far less to fix after launch.
Not when it's done properly. We set a performance budget for every project and design motion within it. For visitors who have enabled reduced motion on their device, animations automatically simplify.
Yes. Language switching, differences in text length after translation, local date and currency formats and, if required, right-to-left scripts are all designed in from the start. We plan the correct language markup for search engines together with your developers.
Yes. We run meetings online, prepare contracts and documentation in English on request, and plan meeting times and sign-off schedules around your time zone from the outset.
